In Sep 2010, with a new paid up capital of $1.2 mil the company undergo a major revamp and transformed into a technology-based company with its core business in Maintenance / Business Solution, Energy Saving Solution and manufacturing of high quality HOCEN lubricants and HOCEN treatment products for consumer and industrial markets. In the same month, company moved to its new premise at 64, Sungei Kadut Loop, Singapore 729493, HOCEN BUILDING.

Lasaf Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in its effort to create consumer confidence and trust is currently applying for ISO 9001-2008 QMS and Product Listing Scheme on all its products with PSB/ TUV SOD.

Lasaf Technologies (S) Pte Ltd will continue to conduct Research and Development to develop Machinery and Equipment Specific Treatment Products so as to better serve its customers and help them to bring down the operation and maintenance costs.
